Arsenal are unlikely to resolve Alexis Sanchez’s future before Chile’s involvement in the Confederations Cup comes to an end.

 

The competition ends on July 2, at which point Sanchez id due to go on holiday, but Arsenal hope the player will give them some direction before his return for pre-season.

 Conte wants signings quickly after agreeing £9.5m-a-year Chelsea deal

Antonio Conte has agreed a new £9.5million-a-year Chelsea deal and now wants the club to push forward with up to six new signings. 

 

Standard Sport's Simon Johnson reports that Conte’s only source of unease has been the lack of signings by Chelsea so far.

 

Chelsea are planning to loan out Kurt Zouma this summer.

 The club have identified Leonardo Bonucci and Virgil van Dijk as summer targets and their search for a new defender will likely lead to Zouma's exit.
Chelsea want the France international to play regularly again having been out for a year from February 2016 with with a knee ligament injury.
Lyon and Nice have expressed an interest, but Conte won't let him leave until Chelsea have brought a centre half in.
